CXC 2020 - Pitch Competition & Conference
The Canadian Export Challenge (CXC) has historically been a series of one-day Global Accelerators across Canada for startups and scale-ups. With the pandemic forcing the event to go digital, our team worked with an event agency to turn this previously in-person event into a 4-day, 2-channel bilingual YouTube livestream conference with pre-recorded presentations and live pitch competitions.
Working simultaneously as Livestream Producer, Post-Production Supervisor and a support Editor, I created the workflows for this livestream event from scratch, reshaping the live show and building it into a successful digital event. Leading a team of 2 editors and another livestream tech, we edited over 50 pre-recorded video segments in English and French, and launched the dual stream which ran for 4 days (4 hours each day) across several regions.
